With a rich history in the 60s from the St. Paul -Minneapolis Local Music Scene, we will cover\u00a0(as best we can),<\/em>\u00a0the history of “GYPSY” & the 3 bands from they evolved from:<\/p>\n

This article is the follow up to the DVD released on the band\u00a0GYPSY<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0back in 2016, and the precursor to the “Groundbreakers”\u00a0(2, half hour episodes)<\/em>\u00a0& “PsychoGello”\u00a0(1, half hour episode)<\/em>\u00a0radio shows on\u00a0WDGY<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0(740am\u00a0 & 92.1 & 103.7fm & Streaming 107.1)<\/em>\u00a0coming up in\u00a0March 2018<\/u><\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

> The Escapades: 1964- 1966: St. Paul <<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Our story begins when\u00a0Enrico Rosenbaum’s<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Mother\u00a0(Lisa)<\/em>\u00a0a survivor of the Auschwitz Concentration Camp in Poland\u00a0(she had her internment number tattooed on her left forearm, Gene Simmons’ (of KISS) Mother; Sophie is also a Auschwitz survivor),<\/em>\u00a0relocates to Italy & gives birth to future Vocalist & Lead Guitarist Enrico Rosenbaum in\u00a01944<\/u><\/em><\/strong>. Rico co-founded\u00a0\u2018The Escapades”<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u2019in\u00a0St. Paul, MN<\/u><\/em><\/strong>. in\u00a01964<\/u><\/em><\/strong>. Though there was already another band going by the name “The Escapades” from\u00a0Memphis<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0who released the 45 singles\u00a0“I Tell No Lies b\/w She’s The Kind”\u00a0<\/em>in\u00a01966<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0on Arbet Records #A-1010\u00a0&\u00a0\u00a0“Mad Mad Mad b\/w I Try So \u00a0Hard”<\/em>\u00a0Verve\u00a0 #VK-10415 also later in ’66\u00a0(so hard-core collectors, don’t get confused there are 2 different bands).<\/em><\/p>\n

> The Underbeats: 1962 -1969: Minneapolis <<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Hailing from\u00a0N. MPLS<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0&\u00a0Brooklyn Ctr<\/u><\/em><\/strong>. founding members\u00a0James Calvin Johnson<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0(26 Aug 1947: MPLS)<\/em>\u00a0on Guitar & Vocals &\u00a0Doni Larson<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0(Brooklyn Ctr.)<\/em>\u00a0on Bass & Vocals form the band in Larson’s basement in ’62 with:\u00a0Russ Hagen on Guitar & “Duke” (Robert) Duane on Drums.<\/em>\u00a0In 1963 Hagen & Duane leave the band for military service & are replaced respectively By:\u00a0Ray Berg & Rod Eaton\u00a0(later of: TC Atlantic)<\/em>\u00a0on Drums, the band plays such venues as:\u00a0Chisago City Civic Center, Bill’s Roller Rink in Anoka, & the Bloomington Rink.<\/em>\u00a0Sometime in 1964\u00a0‘The Underbeats<\/u><\/em><\/strong>‘ connect with local Record Label Mogul\u00a0George Garrett<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0who owns the labels\u00a0“Garrett” “Banger”\u00a0 “Twin Town” & “Bear”.<\/em>\u00a0George releases a couple of 45 Singles for the band on his smaller label\u00a0“Bangor”<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0in ’64, recorded at\u00a0‘Kay Bank Recording Studio’<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0they are;\u00a0“Annie Do The Dog b\/w Sweet Words Of Love”<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0#BA 00632\u00a0\u00a0“Little Romance b\/w Broken Arrow”<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0#BA 00657, apparently selling well enough that their 3rd 45 single in ’64 was released on his more mainstream label\u00a0“Garrett”<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0this was\u00a0“Foot Stompin b\/w Route 66”<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0#GA 4004, becoming a Top 50 hit in the MPLS- SP area. In\u00a0Fall ’65 Rod Eaton leaves the band & is replaced by\u00a0Tommy Nystrom<\/em>\u00a0form another local band\u00a0‘The Accents’<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0from Bloomington, MN.<\/em>\u00a0also signed to the ‘Banger’ label, releasing 6 singles from: 1964 -66 they also have a Top 50 local hit played on\u00a0WDGY\u00a0<\/u><\/em><\/strong>with the Lonnie Mack song\u00a0“Why b\/w Road Runner”<\/em>\u00a0#BA-00648.<\/p>\n

\n

In 1966 Berg decides to get married & leaves\u00a0‘The Underbeats’<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Jim Johnson recruits local guitar hero Rico Rosenbaum from\u00a0‘The Escapades’<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0the band release a couple of 45 Singles on\u00a0Amos Heilicher’s “SOMA”<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0record label\u00a0 those being;\u00a0“Book Of Love b\/w Darling Lorraine”<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 #1449 &\u00a0“I Can’t Stand It b\/w Shake It For Me”<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0#1458, also this same year Jim Johnson is drafted by the military & sent to Vietnam, in his absence Johnson hires Wilmer native\u00a0Wally Walstead on Guitar<\/em>\u00a0& convinces\u00a0James Walsh<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 to leave the\u00a0‘Hot Half Dozen’<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0to play Keyboards in this band. In 1967 while on leave Jim Johnson records with the band & releases a 45 Single under the name\u00a0‘Calvin James & The Haymarket Riot’<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0on Stature Records #1104\u00a0“Footsteps\u00a0b\/w Find This Woman”<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0& returns to the service, later this year the band release its 6th single\u00a0“It’s Gonna Rain Today b\/w Sweetest Girl in the World”\u00a0<\/u><\/em><\/strong>on Metrobeat Records\u00a0#MBR-4449, written by: Rosenbaum & sung by: Walsh.<\/p>\n

\n

In Sep 1968 Jim Johnson\u00a0returns from Vietnam & rejoins his band full time, then release their final 45 Single\u00a0“Darkness b\/w You’re Losing Me”<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0( both written by: Johnson- Rosenbaum)<\/em>\u00a0on\u00a0Ira Heillicher’s\u00a0 PIP Records<\/u><\/em><\/strong>. There are a few unreleased songs from the\u00a0Dove Recording Studio<\/u><\/em><\/strong>:\u00a0\u201cLove To You\u201d\u00a0\u201cFate Of A Fool\u201d\u00a0\u201cDon\u2019t You Lie To Me\u201d & \u201cWishes Don\u2019t Come True\u201d.<\/em>\u00a0In Nov ’68 Rosenbaum’s high school buddy\u00a0Steve Freeman<\/em>\u00a0becomes the band’s manager, convinces\u00a0the band to relocate to Los Angeles, & quickly lands a gig as the house band at\u00a0“Gezzarris”<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0on Sunset Strip, however billed as\u00a0“The Groovy People”<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0with\u00a0Tom Green<\/em>\u00a0on Drums for a brief period of time.<\/p>\n

\nThings really start to happen for the band in 1969,\u00a0Nystrom\u00a0<\/em>leaves band for good & goes back to Minnesota & the\u00a0Winona, MN. Native\u00a0James\u00a0“Jay” Epstein<\/u><\/strong><\/em>\u00a0takes over\u00a0on Drums. The band then replaces the band\u00a0‘Chicago Transit Authority<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0(later known as just CHICAGO)’<\/em>\u00a0as the house band at the legendary\u00a0“Whiskey A Go-Go”<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0(the Whiskey A Go-Go was a national chain & there was one in St. Paul in the mid 60s)<\/em>here are some dates from\u00a0this time period:<\/p>\n

Nov 26 – 30 – 1969 Whiskey A Go Go West Hollywood, Calif.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Nov 30 1969 Huntington Beach, Calif. @ Golden Bear (2nd show on this same day)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

It is also at this time\u00a0Doni Larson<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0comes\u00a0up with the band’s New Name, based on the way they have been living for the past few years. GYPSY.<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

> Hot Half Dozen: 1964 -67: Minneapolis <<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

\u00a0\u00a0The local band\u00a0‘Half Dozen’<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0in ’64 then later the\u00a0‘Hot Half Dozen’<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0in 1966 featured one\u00a0James “Owl” Walsh<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0(6 Sep 1948: Minneapolis)<\/em>\u00a0on Lead Vocals & Keyboards,\u00a0\u00a0Walsh: “I got interested in music because my Mom sang & played Piano, she used to take me to the U of M to hear the symphonies there”<\/em>\u00a0Walsh attended Edison Sr. High in MPLS, & left in ’65 to join the ‘Hot Half Dozen’ the band released one 45 Single\u00a0“Heat Wave b\/w Keep It Simple”<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0on SOMA Records #1453. Walsh was eventually hired by ‘The Underbeats’ in 1966.<\/p>\n

\n

> GYPSY: 1970: Los Angeles <<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0It’s now early\u00a01970<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0& Doni Larson, has come up with a new name for the band, that being\u00a0“GYPSY”<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0& the line-up at this time is:\u00a0Jim Johnson: Guitar & Vocals, Rico Rosenbaum: Lead Vocals & Lead Guitar, Owl Walsh: Keyboards & Lead Vocals, Doni Larson: Bass & Jay Epstein: Drums.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Still the house band at the “Whiskey A Go-Go” the band attract interest from several record labels, ultimately it comes down to\u00a0Atlantic\u00a0<\/u><\/em><\/strong>(at this time primarily a R&B label)<\/em>\u00a0&\u00a0Metromedia<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0was a media company that owned TV & Radio Stations, in 1969 the branched out into the Record Business,\u00a0who’s biggest selling artist at the time is\u00a0Bobby Sherman<\/u><\/em><\/strong>: 9 LPs from 1969 -72,\u00a0&\u00a0Peter Allen<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0(1944 -1992),\u00a0KISS was also considering Metromedia in 1973 before they signed with Casablanca.\u00a0The band decided to go with the smaller company for several reasons, Metromedia offered a larger monetary advance, the smaller label would have more concentration on the band’s promotion, & paid for a better recording studio, & the band convinced Metromedia to let their debut LP be a Double Album\u00a0(at the time only ‘Chicago Transit Authority’ had such a luxury)<\/em>\u00a0& allowed the band to help create the LP cover using drawings of\u00a0Alfons Mucha<\/u><\/em><\/strong>: (1860 -1939; Czech Republic)<\/em>\u00a0artwork titled\u00a0“Zodiac”<\/em><\/strong>, giving the band’s albums immediate & lasting recognition, my friend Debi from St. Louis, told me her Jr. High School art project was a drawing of the 1st album cover, because GYPSY was so popular in that area. The band’s 1st LP is\u00a0released in Fall ’70<\/p>\n

\n

“Gypsy\u201d recorded at\u00a0Devonshire Studios in North Hollywood,\u00a0Produced By: Glen Pace\u00a0on Metromedia #M2D-1031\u00a0with 13 tracks clocking in at 1:11:03min, the album hit\u00a0#44 on Billboard Charts. The CD issue in 1999 on Bedrock Records contains the extra track (#14)\u00a0\u201dThe Innocence”,<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0the 45 Single released for this LP is\u00a0“Gypsy Queen Part #1: 3:53min b\/w Dead And Gone: 3:05min”<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0both songs are edited down from the LP versions, the “A-side”\u00a0hit #62 on the Billboard Charts<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0from\u00a05 Dec ’70 to 16 Jan 1971<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0& stayed for 8 weeks on the Charts.<\/p>\n

\nWalsh: “We fought very hard to get the label to let us do a 2 record set, the label’s concern was the jacket cost almost .25 cents, a lot of money back then for a small label” “We (the band) would hear our songs being played on KQRS, and think We are way ahead of our time”<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The band’s 2nd album\u00a0“In The Garden”<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0is released in\u00a01971<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0on Metromedia \u00a0#KMD -1044; containing\u00a0\u00a07 Tracks @ 36:42min\u00a0on\u00a0Vinyl & 8-Track & hit #173 on the Billboard charts, the LP was\u00a0Produced by Clark Burroughs & recorded at Larrabee Sound Studios. The 1999 CD issue on Bedrock Records contained 8 songs, with the bonus track\u00a0“20 Years Ago Today”<\/u><\/em><\/strong>, 2 Singles were released for this album;\u00a0“Here In The Garden Part #1 (3:04min) b\/w Here In The Garden Part #2”<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0(edited down from the LP versions)<\/em>\u00a0&\u00a0“As Far As I Can See b\/w Blindman”<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0The band has a lineup change when\u00a0Larson & Epstein<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0leave before this LP is recorded.\u00a0Bassist\u00a0Willie Weeks<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0(born August 5, 1947 Salemburg NC. performed with:\u00a0Doobie Bros,\u00a0Gregg Allman, Joe Walsh, Eric Clapton, Stevie Wonder\u00a0& George Harrison: 1974 -82)<\/em>\u00a0fills in for this release only, along with\u00a0Joe Lala<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0(1947 -2014; performed\u00a0with Blues Image & CSNY)<\/em>\u00a0on percussion,\u00a0And on Drums;\u00a0Bill Lordan<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0(22 May 1947 in Minneapolis, MN; married to Diana Olson, an entertainment journalist; Lordan performed with Robin Trower: 1975 -87 & Sly & Family Stone in 1974 & started out with The Esquire’s in 1967 on their\u00a0hit: “Get On Up” (covered by The Monkees on the 1969 Tour with Dolenz on lead vocals).\u00a0<\/em>1971 finds the band out on more national tours with bands like ‘The Guess Who’.\u00a0Walsh: The label released the album, really without\u00a0our permission while we were on tour”.<\/em><\/p>\n

\n> 1972: The RCA Years <<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0In\u00a01972<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0the band finds itself on a new & major label with\u00a0‘RCA’<\/u><\/em><\/strong>, though Metromedia started off with the best offer, ultimately fell short in the financial area to continue to promote the band properly, Metromedia closed its Record Label in 1974, after just 5 years of operation. The band’s 3rd album\u00a0‘<\/em>Antithesis’\u00a0<\/u><\/em><\/strong>(the 1st LP to not have a\u00a0Alfons Mucha\u00a0type cover)\u00a0<\/em>on RCA\u00a0 #LSP-4775 with\u00a012 Tracks @ 39:49min was recorded\u00a0\u00a0from July 3-9 1972 at the RCA Music Center of the World in Hollywood, CA. &\u00a0\u00a0Produced by Jack Richardson,\u00a0\u00a0the 45 Single from this release\u00a0was\u00a0\u00a0<\/u><\/em><\/strong>“Day After Day (3:11min) b\/w Lean On Me (3:13min)”<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0(the 1st single not not have edited down versions from the LP)<\/em>\u00a0The band’s line-up stabilizes with\u00a0Bill Lordon on Drums & Randy Cates on Bass.\u00a0<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

> 1973: the End of the Original Run <<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\nThe band’s 4th & final album of the original run\u00a0‘Unlock The Gates’<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0(the 2nd without a\u00a0Alfons Mucha\u00a0cover)<\/em>\u00a0is released in\u00a01973\u00a0<\/u><\/em><\/strong>on\u00a0 RCA: #APL1-0093 on Vinyl & 8-Track with 10 Tracks @ 32:51min 2 Singles are released from this album;\u00a0“Don’t Bother Me (3:10min) b\/w\u00a0Make Peace With Jesus (3:03min)” &\u00a0“Need You Baby (3:05min) b\/w\u00a0Precious One(4:19min)”<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0this LP was also produced by: Jack Richardson, with the same GYPSY lineup as the previous album with the addition of the\u00a0\u00a0‘CHICAGO’<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Horn Section:\u00a0\u00a0James Pankow (20 Aug 1947: St. Louis): Trombone (one of my favorite song writers of all time) with\u00a0Walter Parazaider : Saxophone & Lee Loughnane: Trumpet.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0It’s been 2 years since the last LP & the band is now\u00a0Johnson, Walsh with Lewis Derry: Bass & Vocals,\u00a0Stan Kipper: Drums\u00a0&\u00a0Chico Perez: Percussion<\/u><\/em><\/strong>. they release 1 single in 1975 on\u00a0\u00a0Dore #907\u00a0“Magic In My Life (3:04min) b\/w Don’t Stop For Nothin (2:57min)”<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0produced by: Terry Furlong, both songs are re-recorded on the\u00a0‘5th Dimension’<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0s 10th album;”Earthbound”<\/em>\u00a0on ABC Records released in Aug 1975.<\/p>\n

At some point Walsh leaves the band, & the new lineup consisting of\u00a0\u00a0Johnson, Rosenbaum, Cates, Stan Kipper: Drums & Barry Kay: Keyboards<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0performs on 9 July 1977 in St. Louis, MO. @ Busch Memorial Stadium for\u00a0“Super Jam ’77”\u00a0\u00a0<\/u><\/em><\/strong>with\u00a0REO Speedwagon,\u00a0Ted Nugent, , Head East & Judas Priest.<\/em>\u00a0\u00a0Eventually a CD Only release on\u00a0Peak Records #16072, becomes available, here is the track list for the Show:<\/p>\n

    Somehow in 1978 Walsh gains control of the ‘Gypsy’ name from Johnson, Rosenbaum & Cates & releases a 45 Single\u00a0“Cuz It’s You Girl b\/w Rainbow (non-lp)”<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0on F&E Records\u00a0\u200e\u00a0#7063-37 &\u00a0hits #71<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0on the Billboard Charts on 9 Dec 1978, followed by the album\u00a0‘James Walsh Gypsy Band’<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0on RCA Records,\u00a0with 11 tracks @ 42min\u00a0\u00a0recorded at:\u00a0Cookhouse Studios in MPLS & Creation Studios in Bloomington, MN.<\/em>\u00a0with new members:\u00a0\u00a0Bob Jones: Lead Vocals, Guitar & Keys,\u00a0Scott Fronsoe: Bass,\u00a0Jim Behringer: Lead Guitar &\u00a0Ernie LaViolette: Drums & on Horns\u00a0<\/em>Richard Jorgensen,\u00a0Todd Hansen\u00a0Deone &\u00a0 Johnson.<\/em>\u00a0A 2nd 45 Single is released to radio stations\u201dLove Is For The Best In Us (mono b\/w stereo)<\/u><\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0Walsh: “That 5th album is still very popular in Japan, to this day, it had a charting hit on it”<\/em>\u00a0Here are a couple of dates from the tour this year.<\/p>\n

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0In\u00a01979<\/u><\/em><\/strong>, Walsh & Co. begin recording at\u00a0\u00a0Muscle Shoals<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0in\u00a0Sheffield, Alabama, Walsh is living with\u00a0Bob Segar<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0at the time for about 3 months while the album\u00a0 is being recorded, with\u00a0Walsh & The Muscle Shoals Rhythm Section, Tower of Power Horns, Bee Gee Strings<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0& was co-produced by Walsh & legendary producers\u00a0Barry Beckett & Jimmy Johnson.<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0(Peter Tork of the Monkees records a 5 song demo at the same studio about the same time),<\/em>\u00a0unfortunately this album goes unreleased until 2010 as\u00a0James\u00a0Walsh Gypsy Band\u00a0“I’ve Got The Feeling”<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0on Light in the Attic CDs #24441 with 10 tracks from ’79, in 2017 a 45 Single is released from this CD\u00a0“I’ve Got The Feelin’ b\/w Caves Of Altamira”<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0on Preservation Records\u00a0#P012.<\/p>\n

    Sometime later a CD only release becomes available\u00a0“Final L.A. Sessions”<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0on Peak Records #16080,\u00a0recorded at\u00a0Devonshire & Haji Recording Studios from<\/em>1975 -1979<\/em>\u00a0with various combinations\u00a0of these members:\u00a0Johnson, Rosenbaum, Walsh, Cates, Perez, Kipper, Kay, Derry with Mike Finnegan, & Chuck Rainy,<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0along with\u00a0several others; containing\u00a014\u00a0unreleased\u00a0tracks.<\/p>\n

    On the\u00a030 Sep 1979<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0at age 36;\u00a0Rico Rosenbaum<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0loses his long standing battle with drugs & passes away. To commemorate his passing, the 1st ‘Gypsy’ LP is re-released on the\u00a0Plymouth, MN.<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Record label Cognito a division of\u00a0K-Tel (Canada) Catalog #COG-0006,\u00a0along with the 45 Single\u00a0“Dead And Gone (3:05min )b\/w Here In My Loneliness (2:53min)”\u00a0<\/u><\/em><\/strong>also on Cognito #008. The band performs this show this year.<\/p>\n

    \u00a0In 1984\u00a0Jim Johnson, Stan Kipper and Brad Palmer:<\/em>\u00a0Bass have a band called\u00a0‘The Steamers’<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0they record an album in New York under the name several songs from this album are used in various movie soundtracks.<\/p>\n

    In 1996\u00a0Walsh\u00a0& Company\u00a0release\u00a010\u00a0new tracks\u00a0as\u00a0“20 Years Ago: Today”<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0on\u00a0Metro CDs running\u00a0\u00a041:40min.
    \nIn 2010 Walsh releases\u00a0\u201dThe Gypsy Boxset”<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0a 4 CD Boxset of the 1st 4 LPs with 2 bonus tracks on\u00a0Gypsy Family Productions<\/em>.<\/p>\n

    I met Walsh in Mar 2011, when he dropped into Mr. Zero’s 55113 in Roseville to sell me copies of the “Boxset” & Gypsy T-Shirts, I caught them in concert at the\u00a0Mn. Music Cafe<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0in Mar 2011, then again at\u00a0The Myth<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0in Maplewood on 21 Oct 2011, then at the\u00a0Dugout<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0in Mathomedi on 21 Oct 2013. Walsh & Co. performed their final concert on\u00a017 Nov 2017 Sat @ Medina Ballroom in Medina, MN. 55340<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n
